Our Staff Physicians

Since 1974 the Lincoln Center has grown and prospered and is now one of the largest OB/GYN specialty practices in northeastern Kansas.  We currently deliver more babies and provide more women with medical services than any other OB/GYN practice in the area.

We feel our success is due to our commitment to quality and the scope of our expertise.  In addition to our obstetric services we specialize in all aspects of women’s health and the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques.  We have a particular expertise in the surgical treatment of women’s incontinence.

Urish Road Office

Jamesina M. Dickson, MD – Dr. Dickson has a BA in Biology from Washington University School of Arts & Sciences, St. Louis, Missouri. She completed her MD at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis and did her residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.  Dr. Dickson is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Diplomat of the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center, and serves on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center.

Jeffrey M. Teply, MD – Dr. Teply is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center, and Resident Coordinator for KUMC Obstetric and Gynecology's Topeka Campus. He is from Topeka and is a graduate of Washburn University with a BS in Biology. He completed his MD and residency training at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Teply was selected as the Outstanding Senior Resident in 2006 after having been selected as the Outstanding Junior Resident in 2005. In 2006, he also won the Resident Research Award. Dr. Teply is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP). He is currently Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center, serves on the Medical Executive and Operational Maternal/Child Committees at Stormont-Vail, and the OB/GYN Quality Evaluation Committee at St. Francis Hospital.

Todd D. Trobough, MD – Dr. Trobough is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Following completion of a BA in Biology at UCLA he attended the Creighton University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He is currently a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center. Previously he has served as Medical Staff President, and as Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center. He is Past President of the Shawnee County Medical Society and Past Chairman of both the Credentials and the OB/GYN Quality Improvement Committees at Stormont-Vail. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Francis PHO, on the Credentials and the Operational Maternal/Child Committees at Stormont-Vail, and is President of Lincoln Center OB/GYN, PA.

Central Topeka Office

C. Richard Bonebrake, MD – Dr. Bonebrake is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He attended Kansas State University on a Track, Cross Country scholarship and completed his pre-medicine BA (Magna Cum Laude). He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Medicine and did his residency at the Mayo Clinic where he was Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Bonebrake is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center. He previously served as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center and St. Francis Health Center, and Past President of the Shawnee County Medical Society and the Stormont-Vail Medical Staff. He currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer of Lincoln Center OB/GYN PA, for more than 20 years on the board of trustees of the Kansas Foundation for Medical Care (the peer review organization for Kansas), on the Board of Directors for Stormont-Vail, on the Quality and Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, and Operational Maternal/Child Committees at Stormont-Vail, the Credentials and the Quality Improvement Committees of Unicare Health Plan of Kansas, and the HealthAccess Management Oversight Committee. Dr. Bonebrake has special clinical interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, robotic da Vinci® surgery and fertility tubal reconstructive surgery. He performs pelvic floor reconstruction both conventionally and with mesh. He also deals exclusively with female urinary control problems including urgency management with bladder pacemakers.

Debbie Field-Kresie, MD – Dr. Kresie is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and actively continues yearly board certification. She completed her BA in Biology at Baker University, her MD at Kansas University Medical Center and her residency at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. At KU Medical Center, she was elected to be a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and at St. Luke’s Hospital, she was selected Outstanding Ambulatory Medicine Resident her senior year. Dr. Kresie is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She currently serves on the Infection Control Committee at Stormont-Vail. She also works with pre-medical college students interested in pursuing a career in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Douglas Gleason, MD – Dr. Gleason completed his BA in Chemistry at Texas Christian University (Magna Cum Laude). He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed his residency at Indiana University. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Gleason has previously served as Chair of the Department of OB/GYN at St. Francis Hospital as well as at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center. He currently serves on the OB/GYN Quality Evaluation Committee at St. Francis and on the Perinatal Critical Care, Quality Improvement, and the Operational Maternal/Child Committees at Stormont-Vail. He is Vice President of Lincoln Center OB/GYN, PA.

Heather Morrison, MD – Dr. Heather Morrison is from Hiawatha Kansas. She completed her BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in Human Biology with Highest Distinction at the University of Kansas and her MD and residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2009, serving as Chief Resident in 2008-2009. During Residency she was selected Outstanding Junior Resident in 2007 and Outstanding Senior Resident in 2009. She was also awarded the Outstanding Resident Research Award and the Outstanding Resident in Laparoscopy award in 2009. She is a Junior Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and served as Kansas Section Junior Fellow Vice Chair in 2006-2007 and Kansas Section Junior Fellow Chair in 2007-2008. She is currently completing her exams to become Board Certified through the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University School of Medicine. Dr. Morrison currently serves on the Operational Maternal/Child, and OB/GYN Quality Evaluation Committees at St. Francis Hospital.

Kimberly Brey, MD – Dr. Kimberly Brey is the newest member of the medical staff of the Lincoln Center. She grew up in Kansas City, Kansas and now resides with her family just outside of Topeka. She completed her BA in General Studies at the University of Kansas in 1997. After working in Health Care Administration for several years, Dr. Brey returned to the University of Kansas Medical Center to earn her MD in 2008 and complete residency in 2012. Dr. Brey was selected as the Outstanding Senior Resident as well as winner of the Award for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery in 2012. Dr. Brey is a a Junior Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an honorary member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
