Our Staff Physicians

Since 1974 the Lincoln Center has grown and prospered and is now one of the largest OB/GYN specialty practices in northeastern Kansas.  We currently deliverer more babies and provide more women with medical services than any other OB/GYN practice in the area.

We feel our success is due to our commitment to quality and the scope of our expertise.  In addition to our obstetric services we specialize in all aspects of women’s health and the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques.  We have a particular expertise in the surgical treatment of women’s incontinence.

Urish Road Office

Elizabeth A. Babin, MD – Dr. Babin is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.  She has a BS (Magna Cum Laude) in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona where she also graduated from its medical school.  She completed her residency at the University of Arizona Medical Center where she was selected as the Outstanding Resident Laparoscopist. Dr. Babin is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecologists, a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center and is resident coordinator of its Topeka campus. She currently serves as Medical Staff Department Chair at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center and as President on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Medical Education Foundation.

Jamesina M. Dickson, MD – Dr. Dickson has a BA in Biology from Washington University School of Arts & Sciences, St. Louis, Mo.  She completed her MD at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis and did her residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.  Dr. Dickson is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecologists, a Clinical Assistant Professor at KUMC and serves on the OB/GYN Peer Review and Performance Improvement Committee at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka.

Todd D. Trobough, MD – Dr. Trobough is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.  Following completion of a BA in Biology at UCLA he attended the Creighton University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Missouri Kansas City.  He is currently a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecologists and a Clinical Assistant Professor at KUMC. Previously, Dr. Trobough has served as the Medical Staff President and as Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center

Central Topeka Office

C. Richard Bonebrake, MD – Dr. Bonebrake is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He attended Kansas State University on a Track, Cross Country scholarship and completed his pre-medicine BA (Magna Cum Laude). He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Medicine and did his residency at the Mayo Clinic where he was Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Bonebrake is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN, a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University School of Medicine and previously served as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center.

Douglas Gleason, MD – Dr. Gleason completed his BA in Chemistry at Texas Christian University (Magna Cum Laude).  He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed his residency at Indiana University.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecologists and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University School of Medicine.  Dr. Gleason has previously served as Chair of the Department of OB/GYN at St. Francis Hospital as well as at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center. He currently serves on the Perinatal, Quality Improvement and Operational Maternal/Child committees at Stormont-Vail.

Debbie Field-Kresie, MD – Dr. Kresie is Board Certified by the American Board of OB/GYN.  She completed her BA in Biology from Baker University, her MD at KUMC and her residency at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, Mo.  Dr. Kresie is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Kansas University Medical Center and a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN.  In the past she has served as President of the Department of OB/GYN at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center.

Michael Morrison, MD – Dr. Michael Morrison completed his BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in Chemistry with Highest Distinction at Kansas University and his MD and residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Morrison currently serves as President of the Lincoln Center and has previously served as Chief of OB at both Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital.  He has also served as Chief of Staff at Stormont-Vail.

Jeffrey M. Teply, MD – Dr. Teply is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University Medical Center. He is from Topeka and is a graduate of Washburn University with a BS in Biology. He completed his MD and residency training at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Teply was selected as the Outstanding Senior Resident in 2006 after having been selected as the Outstanding Junior Resident in 2005. In 2006 he also won the Resident Research Award. Dr. Teply is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP).

Heather Morrison, MD – Dr. Morrison is from Hiawatha Kansas and is the newest member of the Lincoln Center medical staff. She completed her BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in Human Biology with Highest Distinction at the University of Kansas and her MD and residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2009, serving as Chief Resident in 2008-2009. During Residency she was selected Outstanding Junior Resident in 2007 and Outstanding Senior Resident in 2009. She was also awarded the Outstanding Resident Research Award and the Outstanding Resident in Laparoscopy award in 2009. She is a Junior Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and served as Kansas Section Junior Fellow Vice Chair in 2006-2007 and Kansas Section Junior Fellow Chair in 2007-2008. She is currently completing her exams to become Board Certified through the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas University School of Medicine.
